Terms of service
What we commit to, what you warrant, what each plan covers, and what happens when a case does not succeed.
These terms govern the review removal services offered on review-cleaner.com by Clean Review, Inc. (ReviewCleaner), a Florida corporation, number P94000039495, 6261 S. Lewdinger Dr, Homosassa, FL 34446, United States. By opening a case and paying for a plan, you accept them.
1. The service
ReviewCleaner acts towards Google to obtain the removal of reviews published on a Google Business Profile or Google Maps listing, where those reviews breach Google’s policies or applicable law. For each review we identify the strongest violation, assemble the evidence, file the reports and appeals, and follow the procedure to its outcome, including follow-ups and escalations. Where the situation justifies it, we add legal arguments and may refer you to a lawyer.
We need neither your Google password nor access to your account. We never post reviews, never buy them, and never act on reviews other than those you designate for your own business.
ReviewCleaner is independent from Google. Google alone decides whether a review is removed or kept.
2. Who can order
The service is for businesses: owners, managers, employees or authorised representatives of an establishment. By opening a case you confirm that you are entitled to act for that business. If you order as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country apply in addition to these terms.
3. Plans and price
| Plan | Price | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Single Review | €49.99 | 1 review |
| Review Rescue | €119.99 | up to 5 reviews |
| Attack Pack | €399 | up to 40 reviews, priority processing within 24h, 30-day case management |
| Emergency Response | €699 | a full active incident, start within 3h, priority support, 15-day managed response |
Prices exclude any taxes applicable in your country and are a one-time payment, with no subscription. Payment is made online through Stripe when the case is opened. The scopes are maximums: if your situation involves more reviews than the plan you chose, we offer an upgrade to the next plan for the difference in price only.
“Within 24h” and “within 3h” refer to the time within which we start working on your case after receiving your material, not the removal time, which depends on Google.
4. Opening the case and material to provide
After payment, you email us screenshots of the reviews concerned and a short document explaining the context. We review the case within 24 hours of receiving this material, 3 hours for Emergency Response. Without material from you, the case stays pending and no deadline runs.
You undertake to give us accurate information and genuine documents, not to ask us to remove reviews you know to be legitimate, and to tell us about any direct contact with a reviewer or with Google while the case is being handled.
5. Review of the case
On receiving your material, we examine each review and select, for each one, the strongest route: a breach of Google’s policies, a legal ground, or both. We tell you by email which reviews are being pursued and the strategy followed, and we tell you frankly if some reviews have little chance of success. The case is then handled as a whole.
6. Guarantee and no refunds
For every review we handle, we pursue the procedure to its end, including the available appeals and escalations, at no extra cost, throughout the plan’s management period and beyond it as long as a route of appeal remains open. That is the extent of our guarantee.
Google alone decides. The price pays for the analysis, preparation and follow-up of the case, not for Google’s decision. If a review is not removed after all appeals are exhausted, no refund, in full or in part, is due. No refund is due either if you abandon the case or fail to send the material requested.
7. No right of withdrawal
The service starts as soon as we receive your material, at your express request. For businesses, no right of withdrawal applies. For a consumer in the European Union, by asking for the service to start immediately you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed and that, if you withdraw before then, you owe the price in proportion to the work already done.
8. Your obligations and our liability
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for your right to act for the business. We apply the means described above with diligence; as to Google’s decision, our obligation is one of means, not of result.
Our liability, on any ground, is limited to the amount you paid for the case concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or reputational harm, nor for Google’s decisions or delays.
9. Confidentiality
Your case material is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not disclose your name or your case to third parties, other than Google as part of the procedure and, with your agreement, a lawyer.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the country of residence of a consumer client. Before any legal action, we commit to seeking an amicable solution: write to laurie@review-cleaner.com and we reply within 10 business days. A consumer in the European Union may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to a case is the one in force on the day of payment. The date at the top shows the latest update.
